Using the Site

I signed up but never got an email. What gives?

The email probably got delivered to your Spam folder.

Although we've taken great strides to ensure the legitimacy of PLA emails, some mail services still don't play nice. For further help about this, please visit the Email Help Page.

When I print, why don't the lines and graphics print out?

You'll need to change some settings in your web browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu, choose Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, then scroll down the list until you see an item that says "Print background colors and images". Put a check in that box, then click the OK button.

If you use Firefox, open the File menu and choose Page Setup. On the Format & Options tab, check the box labelled Print Background (colors & images) and click the OK button.

Other browsers may have similar settings; check your browser's help file for more info.

When I print scoresheets, why does the edge get cut off?

Your print margins needto be adjusted slightly.

From the File menu, choose Page Setup, and adjust your right and left margins to .5 inches.

How can I get a page to print "the long way", or "wide"?

You need to print in what is called "Landscape" mode.

From the File menu, choose Page Setup, and click "Landscape".
